A constant work of study, development and implementation of new equipment has distinguished for years the work of Ferrini, assisting customers in the difficult field of quality control.
Ferrini performs the control of colour with the aid of modern spectrophotometers and cabins sampling equipped with the main illuminants; for the dyed skeins and dyed staple in particular, special drapes are made for both LABDIP as well as for the production rooms.
Samples and production of dyes are carefully controlled in every aspect and at various times during processing.
In the laboratory, there is a section dedicated to the controls of solidity, carried out according to the ISO standard methods.
